Very On Time, We had appoint at 9:00 am, arriving early that day, the staff come and let us to put items in.

Used Stasher last minute in London. Super convienient, saved us lugging around a big suitcase! We had no problems.

The website is good, fast and convenient, however I believed that the mobile phone mode could not select the return time. The gentleman of IPB Russell Square found that our luggage leaving time is only for one hour and I did not know why. He did not know that the fare of the time range is for 24 hours at all. Fortunately he still let us leave luggage. I hope that Stasher could let staffs of every position to get more information.
