A las 10h , hora de la reserva tenia cerrado, llego 10,30, no nos entrego ningun recibo ni nada, aunque fue muy agradable, la sensacion de seguridad fue nula.

Had to store bags after apartment checkout before going to airport. In store had no knowledge of our booking and did not speak much English so it was difficult to communicate. Instructions were not followed, eg there was no tag per bag. Booking process needed a lot of information that was never verified, and link to office made it difficult to find!

Simple & easy to use. Would be nice if you can book in store as well though rather than solely through the app.
