When Booking a Holiday Package

If you’re flying on a holiday, your flight might allow up to 20 kg, instead of the normal 15 kg. If you’re not sure what luggage allowance you have, check your email. This information will be listed in the email you’re sent.
When Only Booking a Flight
If you aren’t purchasing a holiday package, your other option is to purchase a flight by itself. Your flight will allow 10 kg of hand luggage. The dimensions can’t exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Sports Equipment on TUI Airways
If you want to bring sporting equipment with you on your flight, you’ll need to call 0203 451 2695 a minimum of two months in advance. Your equipment will need to be pre-booked and confirmed. If this step is missed or skipped, TUI might not let you bring your sporting goods onto the airplane. So, be sure to call at least eight weeks in advance!
Musical Instruments on a TUI Flight
If your instrument is the size of hand luggage (55cm x 40cm x 20cm), you’re good to go. If it’s any larger than that, there will be extra fees.
Diving Equipment on a TUI Airplane
If you’re a certified diver, TUI will give you 5 extra kg for your diving board and accessories/equipment. If your equipment is more than 5 kg, or if you aren’t a certified diver, there will be an extra charge.
