What if I need to change my drop-off and pick-up times?
We ask for approximate drop-off and pick-up times so that we can prepare for your arrival. However, you can always change your plans, as long as it is within the business' opening times. If you need to extend your booking for extra days, please visit stasher.com/support and get in touch.
How long can I store my luggage in London?
You can store your baggage at one of our London luggage storage locations for a few hours, days, or even months. We offer discounts for extended storage. It’s up to you.
Are there left luggage lockers in London?
There are many left luggage lockers in London. Stasher also has multiple locations throughout the area in which you can easily store your luggage. Each item you store is guaranteed for up to £1,000 and costs only £2.99 per day.
Do I need to book in advance?
It's always good to book in advance, but many people book the day before or on the same day. Most of our places have lots of space for bags so you can book last minute on our website or mobile app!

We'll either liaise with the host for expedited opening, arrange nearby storage, or, if impossible, offer a refund for the inconvenience and potentially assist with necessary travel adjustments. For flights, prioritize not missing them as shipping bags is often cheaper than rebooking; always keep crucial travel documents with you. Note the Stashpoint's operating hours carefully; we may be limited in assistance for late arrivals, but will always strive to help.
Can I get a refund?
We know plans change so any booking can be cancelled up until the drop off window begins. To cancel your booking please log into your account, and under ‘My Bookings’ find the booking you’d like cancelled and refunded. We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. In this case, please email
[email protected] with documentation (e.g. screenshot of flight delay or new booking ID) and we will see what we can do.
Can I extend my booking / add more bags?
Certainly! We can’t do this for you as we do not store card details, so place another booking for the extra days/ bags and email us at
[email protected] with your original and new booking IDs. We will then update the host of the extension / addition!
What payment methods do you accept?
Stasher accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are secure and processed quickly.
How do I retrieve my luggage once I’ve stored it?
When you return to collect your luggage, simply present your Booking ID along with either the counterpart tag or a photo of your luggage. The host will then retrieve your bag from the secure storage area. We appreciate feedback, so if you had a good experience, please consider leaving us a review. It helps us monitor and support our hosts.
What happens if I don’t pick up my luggage on time?
No worries! We understand that plans change. The drop-off and pick-up times are just estimates. As long as your booking is within the duration you’ve paid for and the StashPoint is open, you won’t encounter any issues. If you arrive after the location has closed, please contact our support team. If you're unable to collect your luggage the next day, we can arrange shipping for you and provide the associated costs and options.
What is Stasher’s cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking anytime before the scheduled drop-off time through your Stasher account under 'Bookings.' You’ll have two options: a 50% refund or 100% credit for future bookings. If the drop-off time has already passed, refunds aren’t guaranteed, but you can still email

Can I store valuable items (e.g., electronics, documents)?
Every bag booked through Stasher is covered by a guarantee of up to £1,000 against theft or damage while stored at our StashPoints. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
If someone else needs to pick up or drop off your luggage, please email
[email protected] in advance so we can update the host. The new person will also need to present the booking confirmation number and a valid ID.
Can I pay in store?
No, all bookings must be made online through our website or app for security and guarantee purposes. The process is quick and mobile-friendly, taking just a minute to complete. Cash payments in-store are not accepted, and bookings made outside our platform are not covered by our guarantee.
What sort of items can I store with Stasher?
