Good service. We have paid for 7 bags and stored 6 only. How to have refund processed for 1 bag?

Easy to book and good that you can see reviews from past customers. Lost one star because when I selected some locations it would let me get to end of booking and then just tell me that no space was available.

Very helpful staff, had my booking reference ready, provided me with a tag and prompted me to take a photo. Then my suitcase was stored safely in a room behind reception. When I arrived at 11pm the receptionist asked for my name before I was let back into the room, crossed off my reservation and only then was I allowed to collect my luggage. Great service!

Great suggestion to keep our luggage just a stone's throw from the Musée d'Orsay! We were able to go directly from the train station to the museum after dropping off our suitcase. Very friendly shopkeeper and luggage stored in a secure place. Absolutely fantastic!
