Worked well. Finished walking Cumbria Way and luggage was waiting for us at the appointed hotel.

Incredibly easy and convenient!! Theres a daily fare per bags, the best system I ever tried. Took us not even a minute total. Staff was friendly, the instructions were very clear.

Easy and straightforward way to store bags if you have a late flight  Reception staff at premier inn were helpful and obviously understand the process so all well
