Great service. Lovely lady took us to safe storage space opposite the store which was locked. Convenient location in the centre, was great to be able to drop our bags off before going to see the castle.

The app was easy to download and didn’t take long. I dropped my suitcase off with no problems and was free to do what I wanted. The staff were very friendly at drop off and collection. I will definitely use this service again.

I had to use the Premier Inn on Borough High Street SE1 1NP by mistake but the receptionist (whom was Romanian I think) was extremely helpful and said I could leave my bag at the Hotel, what brilliant service and very good of the receptionist to take it in. She deserves and jolly good pat on the back...
