Excellent service, booking via the app was very easy, hotel staff helpful and had no issues when leaving and collecting our luggage.
- Ana
It was very easy to get there and leave our luggage. The person who attend us was very friendly. The same process was when we picked up our staffs. Very recommended

Cheaper than the other booking platforms. Our luggage were stored in a shared room rather than individual lockers at BaggageStorage. The platform is still relatively new so they had a little trouble locating our booking confirmation but it was nothing major and we managed to sort it out.

Great service. Lovely lady took us to safe storage space opposite the store which was locked. Convenient location in the centre, was great to be able to drop our bags off before going to see the castle.
- Donna
The gentleman was very nice as he assisted us with our bags and remembered us as we returned.
