Easy access from Euston. Quick check in. Excellent service. Very happy.

The venue is incredibly hard to find with the current work at Victoria- it I should very handy once found but more help is needed at the moment. When I arrived, it was shit, although it was during opening hours and in the hour when I said I’d be there, so I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes in the rain, risking being late for my appointment. The person who arrived was on her own and had been required to go to the offices- not her fault but very inconvenient. Pickup was easy and quick.

We were greeted with a smile and quick service. We would absolutely use this location again and recommend it to anyone. They even have a cute salon dog there to guard your luggage.

In store they were very helpful and explained the process fully so I could leave my bag in the knowledge it was secure.

Very simple to book online. The shop opened late at 10:20 and the luggage was kept amongst the shop displays and not in a secure room.

The place was hard to find. When we collected our luggage we got fetch them by ourselves. The receptionist was not at all interested if we took out own luggage.

It all went like clockwork, and I shall be booking there again next week.

Very convenient and easy to do. Just book and drop off. Then we went back and the end of the day and there was no fuss getting it back. Saved us dragging big bags a sound london all day.

They were fantastic. Popped back a few times during the day needing things from my luggage (jumper, phone charger) and they were happy to oblige.

Great sevice had a little trouble with online service as it would not move onto approve payment although chat line responded with telephone details to pay by phone. Used sevice to allow me to leave bag near to Kings Cross while I went to the Oval to see cricket Had a great day without the worry or inconvenience of humping a luggage around

Great, easy service, we weren‘t even required to meet the exact times we gave them but were instead free to pick up our bags anytime before they were closing. Nice and helpful staff, overall definitely recommended!
