The team at Om Sai News were fantastic and even opened up their store an hour early for me on a Saturday morning so I could pick up my bag in advance of a wedding. Lovely people and I will certainly be using them again when I’m up in London.

Very conveniently located near to Victoria Station. This was our first time leaving our bags behind to pickup later. But they were fine. The room was a bit small, so having a reservation is key to ensure there is room for your bags. Downside was on collecting the luggage, tag nbrs were not verified and we were given the key to access the room to collect our bags, unescorted. Got our bags, handed back the key and we were off. More attention should be paid to ensuring secure measures are in place for everyone's luggage.

I didn’t actually leave my bags, as the website led me to book the wrong location. However, the support team made obtaining a refund easy and quick. I will definitely use their service next time I am in need.

A fantastic service to save you from lugging your suitcases around London all day. Also good for when you're visiting the National Archives and aren't allowed to bring baggage. The staff at Kew Convenience store and helpful, friendly, and kind. I definitely recommend them!

I needed Stasher to hold my bags for the final day of my trip, and it came through. Super easy to book online, I did it about an hour before I actually dropped the bag off. The shop I dropped it off at was polite and the guy was really nice, so it was all good. He also didn't mind me picking the bag up before the time I listed.

So easy to book, pay and leave bags in a well known secure location. 👍🏻

I lost time trying to find crown gifts because that name was on the side of the building, not the front! That was also my second choice location the first having been unavailable. Besides those two inconvenience's the service worked well. Friendly people with quick check in and check out. Location near Victoria station.

The bag was dumped in a downstairs room of the shop, which was accessible to anyone using their internet cafe. My bag was with a group of others, any of which I had access to as well. The staff didn't take my bag and put it somewhere secure - I was left to put it there myself. I was rather surprised it was still there when I got back, and didn't feel at all comfortable all the time that I was away. I wouldn't use this service again.
