Really lovely staff at the drop off point.

Very well, we found the place to leave the luggage right away and the kindness of the merchant was perfect. I showed him the reservation on my phone and he immediately picked up the luggage, so we had freedom all our last day in London, it was frankly good. If I had to point out a downside... for a family with 4 small suitcases (cabin bags) 6 pounds each is a bit expensive, but not excessive.
