Easy to find and great service! Suitcases are locked in separate closets with an electronic lock. They also have free WiFi making it easy to book a Grab (Singapore Uber) to wherever, or whatever else you need to do online.

I was a little nervous about my bag but the service worked exactly as they said it would: booked a location on the app, gave my credit card details, found the drop off location, left the bag, picked it up a few hours later. I have used the app twice in London so far.
