Very friendly staff, perfect location, super fast, almost no waiting time

Great experience - a bit confusing because there are two premier inns that are very close to each other

Booking was somewhat easy. I had to book several times before it went through. The drop off and pick up was easy and without a hitch. I had an embassy appointment and was not allowed to take my bag. Having traveled a far distance from London I needed the bag for the day.

We had booked a hotel in Watford to go to Harry Potter studio, but want to see some sights in the morning. So this was Ideal a good 10 minute walk, but Nisa Staff where polite and organised, booking confirmed, security tag given It only took 5 minutes, same routine on the return we used the same service on Sunday so we could have another day without carting around Would use again

impeccable service

We did not book online in advance, but arranged this on-site at a storage facility. Everything was set up online within 5 minutes. The storage facility was at a lunchroom/restaurant in Alicante and the staff there was incredibly friendly.
