Easier than I thought. Also, since the luggage is insured, I can leave it with peace of mind.

Location was really convenient, staff were very pleasant and friendly and there were bathroom and refreshments available on site.

It was so easy! We made the reservation the day before, arrived at Termini Station in Rome, walked a few blocks to the hotel, dropped our stuff, got a ticket, and were back on a train within an hour. Picking up was equally straightforward and easy, and the hotel even called us a taxi for our next stop! Leaving our excess luggage was perfect for our visit to the Amalfi Coast, where hauling it would have been a major pain.

It was a very easy drop off and pick-up. Great to have the freedom to have the bags stored safely while we explore the area!
