The service was easy to use and the bags were safe.

I was en route from North Wales to Gatwick airport via Euston but needed to go to North London to visit my daughter. I booked the Premier Inn at Euston. It was really easy to book and the staff there were very helpful.

Sip and coffee was a beautiful, intimate and urban coffee shop, a beautiful place to stash our bags. The staff was really helpful, and offered to order taxis in Spanish for us. Safe and easy. Would really recommend!

Super efficient. I was in a hurry from London St Pancras to Emirates Stadium. It was a perfect way to leave my luggage. Really close to the metro station, 10 minutes walk from the stadium. Open 24h so also stress-free to take the luggage after the game. Would highly recommend.

Very pleasant, friendly and efficient staff. Would be useful to have a sign telling customers where to hand over their luggage as I was not sure whether I had got to the right place at the start. It became clear immediately on asking a staff member whether this is the right place. It may also be a good idea to inform customers that it may be best to unload from a taxi in front of the theatre and walk around as my driver had to go around the block finding a place to drop us off.
