Such an inspired idea! Used Stasher to stow a bag whilst en route to a friend's wedding reception in Reading. Saved me carrying it around with me for a day and so cheap. £6.00 very well spent. Really useful that drop-off was so close to station too. Would definitely use Stasher again.

Very easy to use the app to select a suitable location, drop off and collect our bags. The staff in the shop were very helpful so we used them again the following day. Much cheaper than left luggage facilities in train stations - especially in London!

It was a very quick process through their site, and we found the place very close to direct our attention to their employees, especially Ms. Gloria, who provided us with all the facilities to store our luggage and guided us very well about their storage system for the hours we needed; a very good option.

This is not the first time I have left my luggage in London using Stasher. This time I left it near Paddington station, two minutes away and I was there. Very convenient. The gentlemen who picked up/dropped off the suitcase were few words but not rude.
Great option especially near the train station in London. Staff friendly at the Premier Inn with a bar/restaurant and work space to check internet/email if you need it.
My husband was a bit hesitant of dropping our bags at a random location but his mind was changed by the great service! It was easy to reserve and the staff at the location we selected was professional.
Needed to stash our bags before going on a tour as we were then heading to my son's flat on the opposite side of London. The app gave suggestions and prices and I just paid online. We got to the hotel and gave our bags, they gave us a check number and all done. Went back several hours later, picked bags up and off to the tube. Brilliant idea.

Staff was professional, eager to assist, and without prompting provided additional safety and helpful tips, such as creating a copy of the claims ticket with our cellphones, and what to do if we were returning for a late pickup.

I was a little uncertain about leaving my bags when in Europe...I mean, that's crazy, right. But, this service was so fabulous. We arrived at our stashed location, we were greeted by the clerk. She knew to expect us and how many bags we were leaving. We spoke about pick up times and she even asked if there was any other information we needed. We had a set time to pick up, but traffic was nuts and we were depending on public transportation (bus so full, we had to wait for the next one.) However, the store remained open just for us (we were only 12 minutes later than expected.) Another clerk greeted us and knew we'd be there for our stuff.
Luggage was held securely and drop off/pickup was easy. Great system, would use again.
