Super easy and convenient, closeby subway station. After showing my reservation, he put a tag on my suitcase and gave me the stub. That was it. In the afternoon I handed him the stub and he retrieved my suitcase.

I felt that our luggage was safe and the customer service was excellent!

I had a train to catch from Marylebone station & rather than leave my bag at the hotel I left it with Melcombe News which is just outside the station. Booking online is simple & fast. Dropping off & picking up was seamless, very pleasant guys and great service.

We needed to use Stasher to store our suitcase when we first arrived in Newcastle early in the morning and our hotel's check-in wasn't until 3pm and we didn't want to lug our case around all day. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the whole process was smooth sailing.

Had to leave our bags because of a daytrip in Windsor Castle. Found the shop (Mailboxes Etc.) where we were supposed to leave our luggage quite easily because it is accessible from the Windsor and Eton Central train station. Depositing the luggage and picking them up later in the afternoon was a breeze. The bags were also in a secure location. I'd definitely use this service again if I find myself in Windsor in the near future.

The service was just what we wanted. We had 3/4 of a day left in Paris and did not want to carry bags all day. The hotel was a convenient stop between our trip to visit sites and our return to the train to go to Switzerland. The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient and asked if we needed directions when we left. Very nice.
