Stasher Luggage Storage Reviews

Good service. Safe and provides peace of mind to walk around the city calmly.

Easy to use and very flexible.

A marvel, simple and very good service. More affordable half-day rates would be appreciated.

Very friendly guy, fast service.

My hotel couldn’t storage my bags and I had some hours before my flight, and I decided to walk around Brisbane city. I booked online, super easy and when I arrived to the designated shop the people there was nice and helpful. I would use the service again.

Friendly staff and good location

The service provided was exactly as described online. The people I spoke to when I dropped and picked up by luggage were very warm and friendly. As well, they were very flexible with the drop- of and pick up times. The customer service was excellent!!

Wonderful place that was quick, easy, and convenient. Definitely would stash my bags there again. Very kind people.

It was excellent! Close by the station and staff were very friendly.

We did not actually need to use Stasher, as our holiday was cancelled. I was impressed by the fact that our money was refunded without us having to do anything. Great service.

This rating is solely based on Stasher's handling of their cancellation of service and refund of payment due to COVID-19. They handled the matter without any input from us. Completely pro-active.

Easy booking. No hassle refund due to cancelled trips because of Covid-19 restrictions.

I couldn't use the service after all due to the Covid19 crisis. Bug I was refunded in no time and will definitely book stasher again as soon as I can travel!

We had to cancel last minute no quib refund thankyou when we can travel I will definitely use them again

Very easy to book, safe and an excellent service so you don't have to be lugging your bags around when you still have time to do things before going to the airport. First time I have used it and I would definitely use them again
