Quick to purchase, quick and friendly service in the hotel and bags kept securely.

I arrived at the metro arena with a small backpack which I was told I could not take in with me. I don't drive and live out of town so I had a bit of a dilemma. I was advised to go over to the arena car park where I could pay to leave my stuff. The lady that dealt with me was so lovely and guided me through each step of the booking process like a pro even letting me use her phone to do it. The process was pretty straightforward and easy to use. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
