Way too expensive for keeping bag over for 3 hours

It was easy to book online and easy to find the place where we let our luggages. The people who welcomed us was friendly. We found this service thanks to our airbnb's host.

I had used or even heard of Stasher before now. We thought it was excellent !! The location was close to us so easy walk with luggage. The stored our luggage safely and also organize a taxi to the airport for us. I would definitely use again if needed.

I found Stasher to be very convenient. It's an excellent idea and it was about 50 m from where we were staying. Great idea. Great service. However the website doesn't run well. I took about 15 goes to get it to work. I wanted 2 pieces of luggage for the next day and it kept reverting back to 1 piece of luggage for the day I was entering the info. It was a bit frustrating and I almost gave up trying to enter the info

It’s located in a great location, few minutes walk from paddington station. The service and security of the storage room are very good.

Easy booking online and convenient location in Brussels.

I didn’t know that service but I founded it through Internet and I will do it again in my next trip to London!!

Booked an 8am slot, arrived at shop and it was closed with a sign stating it would open at 9. At 9:15 it still hadn't opened so I called Stasher support. Olivia, who answered, was VERY helpful and found me a new spot immediately. However, this was still inconvenient, especially when *competitor comment removed by Feefo* seems to always work perfectly.

Great service and easy to use. Dropped our bags off within 10 minutes of booking online, all very quick and easy. We were also able to collect our bags earlier than arranged. I would recommend this service, cheaper than most and very convenient.

Used by my daughter in an emergency when she couldn’t take her bag into a concert at the Metro Arena. 2 staff there refused to take cash and insisted that she pay online meaning a valid bank card is required - she’s 16. This meant a frantic phone call to me, who booked online and gave her the code. A lot of stress for what could be made so very simple.
