Much needed service. Great idea and ease of use. Unfortunately, there wasn't a Stasher site available close to Circular Quay in Syd (Busy passenger port on Aust) so we had to walk 30 mons to Woolamaloo. That said the pub we stored the bags at were extremely helpful and stayed back even after they closed as our show at the Opera House ran late. We would have been stuck without this service.

No problem at all, we arrived at the place where we had reserved to drop off the luggage, we left it there and after the time we indicated, we went to pick it up, the service clearly delivered what it promised 😄

We spontaneously went to Brighton a day earlier, so the reservation was no longer valid. For the staff at Mojo Coffee Club, this was not a problem, and they adjusted the reservation. Quick, uncomplicated, and friendly.

Friendly and helpful. The manageress even leant us two umbrellas for the day. A wonderful experience and pleased to have somebody like that taking care of our luggage. We had numerous bags so good value using stasher and great to be able to prebook on the app.

Really easy and convenient

Booked online the evening before the drop-off. Went to the store (an MBE copy center), left the luggages, lady there was very nice. Picked them up couple of hours later. Worked perfectly and I could not be more satisfied.
