Very easy: they are right next to the station, very friendly, took in my suitcase, and when I came to pick it up, they already had set it aside based on the time I told them earlier.

The service is really useful when, in the apartment/hotel, after checking out, they do not allow you to keep your luggage in the facility. I would reduce the cost of a single deposit: in Bristol, the price of £6 per bag seems a bit high to me.

I was desperate for luggage storage pronto and signed up and got my luggage stored in 15 minutes cause a store was nearby. This service is genius.

Straight forward. I left my bags after checking out of my Airbnb in the morning and picked them up in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and they placed the bags in a secure room with a tag. Super short walk to the castle, and close enough to Waverley (but if you have a lot of bags it's probably a better idea to get a Stasher closer to station). The only thing to point out would be that reception was very busy with guests checking in and out, leaving bags, etc. So it took me about 5-10 min to leave the bags and then to pick them up, so plan accordingly.

Very convenient and fast service

We were able to leave our bags before the tourist office even opened for the day. They were also extremely helpful with advice for our trip.
