Ease of delivery and pickup

Shakespeare Hotel is very close to the Paddington Station and/or Underground. The service is easy to book and not pricey (compared to the storage at the station). It is reliable and convenient. I will use the service again in the future.

So easy to use and much cheaper than left luggage at train stations. Will be using this again for sure.

I have left a bag in DHL office in the center of Milan (close to Castello Sforzesco). The procedure was simple and easy, as they are obviously accustomed to providing this service. I got a card with a number for my suitcase to present when picking it up (which as well went swiftly). My baggage was in a condition in which I left it.

We needed a place to stash our bags for the day, as we had checked out of our AirB&B but had a few hours before checking into our next place. It was really easy to book online. The first place we booked turned out to be unavailable, so Stasher gave us a discount on the booking at the second place. We just walked into the Stashpoint, and they were expecting us. They tagged our bags and locked them up in a secure room.

Quick and easy to set up the luggage storage. The location was convenient and the person at the store was friendly.

Super easy and convenient. Felt safe leaving my bag over Easter long weekend while I was out of town, and it was sooooo much cheaper than any of the alternatives at the stations or airports. The ibis Kingsgate is right around the corner from Southern Cross Station where you can connect to the airport by bus, it was again so easy to just drop my bags by for a few hours between check out and my flight. Love love love, would definitely use again!
