Needed to store 2 overnight bags whilst shopping all day, very easy to book, staff very helpful and friendly. 2nd time to use service.

We used the Stasher Service at the Smoking Jacket, Gloucester Road, London. The couple in the shop were lovely and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to use them again.

It was nice to be able to drop off my bag for the day and visit Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. The items in the bag were for my son who lives in London and I didn't want to carry it around all day. Would definitely use this service again.

I was flitting about Edinburgh viewing flats, and briefly visiting Glasgow, having checked out of an AirBnB early morning, so I didn't want to have to trail my case around. Stasher was dead simple to book, and very good value for 48 hours, while the location at Premier Inn next to Waverley Station was very convenient, and service completely straightforward.

It was exactly as advertised. Right across the road from the station. You drop your bag off. They put a tag on it and store it away. You come back later, hand over your ticket and they give you your bag. Too easy. Being a hotel chain it feels safer too.

The help provided by the man who checked me in at the Ibis Style Gare du Norde was exceptional. Highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He contributes greatly to the hotel's and Stasher's brand.

I required a place to put a heavy case, which I did not want to carry around the West End area. Such a great idea to be able to book a place nearby to store luggage and items while you shop or tour London in your leisure. The booking process was very straight forward and checking in your luggage was very quick and easy.

My luggage were under good care & I was free to go around empty handed...it’s easy to book online too

We felt this location was very safe, secure and convenient. The staff members were professional and friendly. An excellent value for people who need a place to store their luggage to enjoy the city before an afternoon check-in or an evening flight.

Quick and easy to bring and to pick up!

Was well close to the station. Staff were very helpful. The shop looked clean so no worrying about the condition of the back room that we were going to leave our suitcases in. The shop opens from 9am-21pm which gives you a whole day to go about your business in London without worrying about time constraints. Was a first time using the service and it was quite convenient and would recommend it. Just a bit of a down side is that we were not able to make a booking earlier until after 9am when shop opened and they don't do it in the shop. Having said that, it was easy to book online from 9am.

Very easy, quick and safe

This was so easy and efficient. Our train home was early evening from Euston so we needed somewhere nearby as we were spending the day in central London and didn't want to go all the way back to our hotel in Kensington to pick up our bags. The stations are so expensive so when I saw the service offered by stasher, and the choice of various locations, we decided to try it. Booking online was easy once I had registered my details, and we chose the Premier Inn in Duke's Road. The staff member who greeted us there couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and she soon had our bags safely stashed in a storage room. We had a great day in the city and collected our bags shortly before boarding our train. Half the price of the station left luggage facilities! I could recommend this service as would use again, particularly as they operate in other UK cities. Recommended A+++

Easy and convenient at both drop off and pick up.

The place that kept my bags was easy to find, was located in an accessible place close to where I needed to go. Payment online worked well, the employees were kind and knew what we wanted, we could pick up our luggage at the required time without issue.
