Smooth and easy.

Excellent service. Easy to book on line. 5 minutes from the station. Very friendly and helpful lady in the shop who took in our bags. Would definitely recommend the service and we would use it again. Meant that there was no rush for us to get across London to drop our bags at the hotel before we went to see a show.

I was flitting about Edinburgh viewing flats, and briefly visiting Glasgow, having checked out of an AirBnB early morning, so I didn't want to have to trail my case around. Stasher was dead simple to book, and very good value for 48 hours, while the location at Premier Inn next to Waverley Station was very convenient, and service completely straightforward.

It was exactly as advertised. Right across the road from the station. You drop your bag off. They put a tag on it and store it away. You come back later, hand over your ticket and they give you your bag. Too easy. Being a hotel chain it feels safer too.

The help provided by the man who checked me in at the Ibis Style Gare du Norde was exceptional. Highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He contributes greatly to the hotel's and Stasher's brand.

I required a place to put a heavy case, which I did not want to carry around the West End area. Such a great idea to be able to book a place nearby to store luggage and items while you shop or tour London in your leisure. The booking process was very straight forward and checking in your luggage was very quick and easy.

My luggage were under good care & I was free to go around empty handed...it’s easy to book online too
