Everything was perfect

Very convenient and easy. So many in different parts of London. Would definitely recommend or use again if I need to.

The booking method was very easy. The staff was very helpful. On my departure day, the deposit was closing at 04 PM. I was stuck in traffic with 100% chances to miss the closing hour. I called the operator asking to help me to find a solution. They called me back saying that the staff in the centre will wait for me to pick up the luggage. I find it amazing! Thanks a lot, you saved me!

We needed to go and meet someone at short notice, so being able to store the suitcase for the day was invaluable.

Their online booking website is easy, and the rating given to the Paris L'Empire hotel was spot on, it is so close to the Chatelet Les Halle's station we were ride of our luggage and free to enjoy our day in Paris. Brilliant service

So easy to book, turn up and deposit your bags and collect. Will do again for sure. We had extra carrier bag which the lady just tied to our bag and took in, no charge.

Very quick, near the train station and also extremely affordable! 6 pounds to leave my heavy backpack which would've been a terrible time carrying around London for ~7 hours. Wonderful, would highly recommend!
