I didn't actually get to the location, I had to cancel due to some travel changes, but they were very quick and polite in responding and gave me a full refund, no problem.

Needed to leave my luggage somewhere before getting to the airport, and I did not want to go back to the hotel. So after looking to find something (the places in the train station are not always guaranteed since there are only a few luggage storage for so many travelers), I came across #Stasher. Great way to solve my little problem that made a difference to the rest of my day. The in-store experience was also good; the lady checked my email payment confirmation, tagged the luggage and gave me my tag number (to get the luggage back). The only thing that I would say (and not related to safety, the luggage was perfectly fine); I was expecting them to have a specific place somewhere in the shop, like luggage storage boxes or something like that; instead, they just put them behind the counter. That is the only thing I was not expecting. But still, the 5 stars are worth it.

The exchange was quick and pleasant. I was in a hurry to drop my bag and to pick it up. It was seamless. Can highly recommend Charlies.

I went to Wembley stadium to watch a concert. It was a very easy process. I would use Stasher again for the 24 hour convenience at some particular lockers.

easy and quick service on site. Premier Inn at Edinburgh Waverley has convenient access for dropping off and picking up luggage. Very pleasant welcome from the staff.

Very easy to use! Paid online, walked right in to their office and was able to stow luggage right away so that we could begin exploring. It makes life easier when hotel checking isn't until late afternoon and not having to lug packages around the city. Knowing your luggage is safe while exploring is a huge peace of mind.
