It was easy to book online and I had email contact from the company prior to booking which was helpful. Dread lock guy took our bags and gave us the slip of paper. A cheeful lady returned them to us 2 hours later. I think that £4 per bag per day is very good but it is a bit steep if you want to just leave bags for a couple of hours (we had 2) however it's a good service.

Stasher changed the location of my initial booking and gave me a 10% discount to use for another booking. It would have been nice to get the discount to my initial booking for the inconvenience.

The whole booking experience is good. However when I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t get informed of my booking so I needed to email the booking confirmation to the front desk. Apart from that, all good.

A great service, easy to book online. I had to change my location last minute and they were very helpful, really quick responses to every request, refunded my original booking very quickly no questions asked. The staff at the location in Greenwich were friendly and efficient. Would definitely use Stasher again.

très pratique, réservation simple sur internet, accueil rapide, efficace et sympathique dans l'hôtel où nous avons déposé nos 2 bagages. Idéalement, il faudrait le même service moins cher pour une tranche horaire plus petite que la journée (12h par exemple)
