Excellent experience! The place was very clean and easy to access, with convenient stairs, and everything went smoothly from drop-off to pick-up. The staff was friendly and professional, making the whole process quick and stress-free. I also ended up buying a pair of branded sunglasses at a great price, which was a nice bonus! Excellent and convenient location

Very easy and quick to book in/out — you're given a numbered keychain. The storage area is open, so it's not very secure. A lone staff member just watches over the items.

We used this hotel as a luggage storage location during a recent trip to Cambridge, and the experience was excellent. Dropping off and collecting our luggage was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the warm welcome we received from the staff. They were genuinely interested in why we were visiting Cambridge, took the time to chat with us, and even shared some local recommendations, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s often the little interactions that leave the biggest impression, and their friendliness made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. If this is how they treat people who are simply storing luggage, I can only imagine how well they look after their hotel guests. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality—it really added to our day in Cambridge.
