Simple process. The Premier Inn is 3 minutes away from the Edinburgh Bus Station, which was really convenient for our tours. The staff at the Premier were helpful and we felt our luggage was safely locked away

The booking went smoothly and quickly. However, the time slots should be more flexible, not just on the hour. At our drop-off point that wasn't an issue at all. The pick-up time didn't really matter — just sometime later the same day 😉

Easy drop-off and pick-up at the hotel's main desk on the second floor. Two blocks from the bus and train station. Luggage is secured in a locked room in the same area.
