It was far cheaper and easier to stash my bag at the hotel than to lug it around with me on partnering airlines with stricter luggage restrictions (for coach passengers.) Highly recommend the use of such services. Would use again and was grateful the Premier Inn offered this service. Should really publicize this service as it's quite handy. Bag was locked safely until my return. I only think that there should be more than one way to verify ownership for pickup. A paper receipt can easily be lost. Need an app or anything electronic to store vital bag information. As well as a map for getting back to the location.
