Easy to use, but a bit frustrating as it turned out that the hotel I was stashing at wasn’t the one on the site so I had to walk another few minutes. Not fun with a suitcase - but the actual hotel was friendly and accommodating

This service is genuinely incredible! Can be a bit hard in new cities trying to decide what point is best as you can't see the addresses before booking and paying. I do see why this is necessary though and is a great security measure that not any random person can see where anyone's luggage is being stored. Another suggestion would be, most of these places are like 7/11 type deals, so literally both times I have used this I've just left my bag behind a counter or in the little store area where other drinks/food etc is. This can be a bit daunting to think you're leaving your luggage somewhere unsafe but alas I have never had any issues and perhaps something more secure and official will come in time. Good luck with this guys seriously, I LOVE this service and I've already told 3-4 people about it for the next time they are travelling and unable to check in when they arrive.
