I had never used the service before but bag drop off/pick up was really easy and saved me dragging a case around all day when visiting the city. Would definitely use again. 

I was very impressed with this service. There were plenty of options available in the centre of Manchester where I was staying. Really easy to use the App. Will definitely be using again and recommending to others.

The entire process from booking till picking up the luggage was smooth, quick and easy. All the steps were well-communicated.

Very conveniently near to Paddington station at hotel in a pleasant tree-lined square. Staff helpful and courteous, easy to deposit and collect luggage.

It might be better to add more flexibility for the user to cancel the booking made by mistake when they realise later at the expected location while the drop-off time has passed.
