Easy to find, less than a 5 minute walk from Marylebone

The Stasher site itself was great, no problems - easy to use website, clear instructions and great value. The place where I left my luggage was a joke! From the 'host' being very rude and dismissive to finding out my luggage was left, unattended at times, in a shop that sold souvenirs! I have used Stasher before but I'd definitely not use this place to store my belongings again!

The system.is easy to use for booking online. I had to dp 2 bookings since I changed my mind about qty of luggage. At hotel it was very speedy. The Edinburgh location is excellent for train services. Only 10pm to walk. As a suggestion I'd say pkease make the plastic tag you give to customers as proof a bit bigger. I was worried I'd loose them! Maybea slight different price for leaving a small backpack or handbag I will use the service again

The location was easy to find. The staff was very nice and explained how everything works. Felt very secure to leave my bags there.

Man behind the counter was quite rude. Wjen we stayed we had booked online with Stasher - he argued and tried to charge us again in cash!! When we asked for tags for our 2 suitcases (as advertised on the website) - he refused to provide them stating he only had 1!? When he begrudgingly agreed, he wouldn’t let us have the snap off section with the tag number on it - so we would have no way of knowing if it had been changed!!...very dodgy and we felt our luggage wouldn’t be safe there! Because of this we were forced to take our luggage and store it with one of your competitors, and having to pay them - so losing the money we paid you! Ideally a refund is the least I would expect and some feedback please. If I could have rated lower than 1 star based on this experience I would have

Too many steps to sign up - remember you are competing with a locker and a key.. very simple.. your system requires people who are in a hurry (travellers) to do too much work to use your system

Left our luggage in Shakespeare Hotel near Paddington Station and it was easy and way way cheaper than the left luggage facility inside the station.

Es ist wirklich super, das Gepäck abgeben zu können. Im Hotel Hannover Nähe Victoria Station ist das Personal echt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis ist ok, wenn man ein Gepäckstück für kurze Zeit loswerden will. Allerdings wäre eine günstgere Staffelung bei mehreren Teilen und Tagen fair. Insgesamt aber DANKE dafür

I like how fast and useul the storage is. But I felt my luggage was not exactly in a sage place because it was left close to the exit door of the store, not exactly storaged

The team at Om Sai News were fantastic and even opened up their store an hour early for me on a Saturday morning so I could pick up my bag in advance of a wedding. Lovely people and I will certainly be using them again when I’m up in London.

Very conveniently located near to Victoria Station. This was our first time leaving our bags behind to pickup later. But they were fine. The room was a bit small, so having a reservation is key to ensure there is room for your bags. Downside was on collecting the luggage, tag nbrs were not verified and we were given the key to access the room to collect our bags, unescorted. Got our bags, handed back the key and we were off. More attention should be paid to ensuring secure measures are in place for everyone's luggage.

I didn’t actually leave my bags, as the website led me to book the wrong location. However, the support team made obtaining a refund easy and quick. I will definitely use their service next time I am in need.
