Guy at Jimmy & Sons was very helpful in giving us a hand when we have retrieve luggage from the basement store. There were surveillance cameras all over the stores but would have been even better if customers are not allowed direct access to the storage area.

Friendly staff although bag return queue was big at the end of the day, so not something I’d want to be trying to do in a hurry. I would definitely use this service again if staying in Oxford.
