    The lady who was working at the hotel when I got there to leave the luggage wanted to charge me again for the service. It could be a mistake but also a conscious scam, this shouldn't happen at all.

    So easy to use, prepaid before arrival. Bags tagged and stored away to allow us a luggage free day in London and the shop was only 2 minutes from Kings Cross

    Hat perfekt funktioniert. Abgeben und abholen geht schnell und unkompliziert. Location keine 5min vom Bahnhof Kings Cross / Euston entfernt. Würde ich jedem Londonbesucher empfehlen. Eine sehr gute Alternative gegenüber der teuren Aufbewahrung im Bahnhof .
