Found a phone number and they were very helpful and booked it for me and sent confirming email with booking number. Hotel was extremely efficient, well organised and easy to deal with. Our luggage was quickly found on our return. We had just come off a cruise and we're heading to Europe so needed to leave half of our luggage behind as it was a completely different holiday.
