Very easy to book. I booked once before trip and used central London hotel and decided to book again on our final day as cases weren't allowed in the museum. Great idea, very reasonable prices and easy to use.

Very quick , very friendly and safe. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The shop employee where I dropped my bag didn't appear to have any adequate training so it took a lot of time and confusion before he understood what I wanted to do (despite showing him the e-mail booking). Once he understood he wrote a receipt and then seemed to simply stash my bag behind the counter. It would be so much easier to have a left luggage counter with properly trained staff at major stations etc so one didn't have to go searching for little convenience stores tucked away amongst other shops.

Very easy to use, from online booking to drop off and collection. No problems, convenient location and reasonable value for money compared with railway station alternatives.

Was super easy. The stashing place was located super close to the Florence train station, and I didn't have to use the Deposito Bagaglie in the station, where there could have been long lines.

Easy to book ,very reasonable price but the store was not easy to find and the Stasher sign could be displayed more visibly on the door

It was fast to leave and pick up my luggage. Highly recommend

All we wanted to do was leave a bag for a few hours, so we were expecting to pay cash and be handed a ticket. Instead I was asked to log into the website on my phone, create an account, password, insert usual credit card details and make a reservation online - all whilst standing in a busy small newsagents with customers coming and going. All a big unnecessary faff and ate into precious limited time at our destination. However it was convenient to have this facility and retrieved the bag later without any fuss - hence giving 3 stars instead of 2.

Die Mitarbeiter wussten gar nicht über Stasher Bescheid und wussten auch nicht, dass sie dafür Geld bekommen usw. Sie haben das Gepäck trotzdem gelagert.

Service was as expected. Only challenge was review indicated walking distance was shorter than it was actually by about 10 min.
