Arriving at hotel LA GAITÉ, i mentioned this extra luggage, I was asked to pay 8 € directly at the receptionist. I had no receipt or ticket. I did mentionnés that the price online is 6 € per piece. I can send you picture of my 3 luggage’s in the hôtel lobby’ I can also send you picture of the 3 plastic seals they tied on my luggage’s. I don’t like this attitude. So I aka you to refund me 2 €. Would be better if there was no default date or time already set on the application screen so you would be forced to enter it or prompted to do so.
