Assistant in the store was polite and helpful...had never used stasher before but was easy to book on line and the location was perfect..Just two minutes from the coach station. The map and address were really helpful in locating the store and we were able to enjoy our day without worrying about pulling our luggage around all day. Definitely use this service again.

Very efficient, smooth and user friendly process. Easy to book and pay online, and my stasher host was great, took no more than a couple of minutes to arrange drop off and collection of luggage. Highly recommend.

It was really hard to find the location as the booking confirmation provided just the address without any clarifications or pictures what shop it is. The guy at the counter was absolutely not friendly and even rude and slightly aggressive. He didn't check the bookings properly and was not willing to provide us with the service. So, we had to look through his! incoming emails to find confirmations. While we were trying to find emails, another customer came to the shop and the guy went away to serve him without apologizing or anything, just showing with the hand gesture for us to shut up. I wouldn't recommend the location to anyone.

Easy to book, easy to find the shop and leave my luggage. It was stored behind a counter and was safely returned to me when I came back. I would definitely use the service again.

Stasher its a great service! It provided me an alternative to deposit my luggage. The overall experience was easy and fast. I did encounter an issue where the pick-up timing of the luggage was wrong. I called up the support helpdesk and they were very assuring that it will be okay since the payment is a flat fee for 24hrs (since I will picking up the luggage on the same day). However, the in-store vendor did not accept the wrong timing and insists that Stasher send a confirmation email to confirm the correct timing. I had to call Stasher support helpdesk again, and the staff was very helpful and explained the situation to the store. Perhaps this type of situation could be pre-empted, but still I am grateful for the staff that has helped with the matter.

Not easy to navigate through booking website. Tried to book fore two bags but couldn't see how to do it. Only when I paid was it clear that you needed photo ID. I had none as passport is my only photo ID and I don't carry this. When dropping bag off there was a 10 minute argument with the hotel clerk who couldn't understand why I had no photo ID. Despite having email confirmation and numerous credit cards in my name.
