I needed to leave my case in South kensington while we went to the natural history museum. I've found a dry cleaners with a good rating. Was easy to book online and the gentleman who worked at the place directed me. Would highly recommend the website and place where I left my case.

Online booking was straightforward. I wanted to leave luggage somewhere for several hours. Citystasher was much cheaper than the alternatives available at the mainline stations. To be honest a bit apprehensive at first but when I got to the drop off location found that staff were pleasant and friendly. They even offered to take another shopping bag at no cost. This meant we could freely travel about town before our late afternoon train. Would definitely use again.

Really convenient and accessible. Took me a few minutes to get my bags tagged and I was on my way. Picking up my bags was just as easy, if not easier, than drop off. Highly recommend this location.

First experience of Stasher.com- used Metro Food location next to Kings Cross. Cheaper by far, very secure, conveniently located, courteous and helpful staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Great idea!

Great location, arrived in Paddington - dumped bags at Charlies who was super friendly and already aware of the timings - quick stroll across Hyde Park to the Science Museum and Natural History museum and back to Charlies to collect the bags. Bada Bing, Bada Boom!!

The service was very quick and friendly, and there was absolutely no issue leaving the bag. Coming back we just handed in our number tag and our suitcase was returned to us. A very simple service that I would definitely use again.

Great service! It was a couple of minutes away from Porte Maillot and Charles de Gaulle Etoile, so it was actually a great location to leave our luggage and go explore Paris. The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Nous avons passé une belle journée à Paris sans nos bagages gràce à ce service de bagagerie. Par contre, j'ai eut beaucoup de mal pour m'inscrire par le biais de ma tablette, j'ai dû trouver un PC pour finaliser ma réservation. La hotline má bien soutenue dans mes démarches.

It was very convenient to drop off luggage with a reputable service. The store took my bags and I was out in less than a minute. Collection was very fast too!

Was my first experience of CityStasher and it was a good one. I left my suitcase at a laundrette near Old Street while I had a work meeting nearby. They kept it behind the counter alongside the items due for collection. Seemed pretty secure and the guy who helped me was really friendly. I would definitely use this service again. Thanks!

Saved a fortune booking stasher compared to the train station who wanted £25 for the same service we paid £12 for. Shop assistant was very helpful as well

A great alternative to expensive left luggage at stations, perfect to be able to leave your bag safely and explore the city. Will definitely use it again. The store was great, very convenient location and friendly service. My only criticism would be that the plastic tag they give you with your number on is too tiny. Despite knowing it was safely stored in a pocket I struggled to find it!
