The guy in the shop had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, and took some persuading to accept the bag. The return pickup, with another shop guy, was equally chaotic.     The whole process was exactly as described and it was so easy. Being from New Zealand we had not experienced this form of luggage storage - what a great idea. Seemed a bit odd going to a shop to leave luggage but the gentleman behind the counter was very obliging and we were in and out in no time at all. I would definitely use Stasher again.
