The front of house at Mercure Hotel were great in storing our luggage for us. It was a huge relief to get rid of our heavy bags for 4 hours before we could check into our Airbnb. Everything was perfect. 100% recommend.

Very convenient - great location. Smooth process in leaving the luggage and retrieval. Guy at Jimmy & Sons was very helpful in giving us a hand when we have retrieve luggage from the basement store. There were surveillance cameras all over the stores but would have been even better if customers are not allowed direct access to the storage area.
