One point for consideration unless I may have missed it on your webpage would be to potentially consider clarifying the booking process a bit further, i.e. that it is done by count of pieces of luggage irrespective of their respective dimensions as opposed to charging based on dimension and/or weight.

I would prefer a tag aswell as it would feel more secure. Place easy to find and very central. Staff fine too. I also thought it unusual that we went into the room to get the bags rather than the staff getting it. Someone could tamper with your bag.
