Super easy to use and great customer service. I only give them 4 stars, because I do think it is a little expensive, compared to the box size and that it's all self service.

Easy to use but no stash points in area that we wanted so had to travel 30 mins out of the way (LA traffic!). However, this is a brilliant idea and super helpful and am sure will only get better as stash points availability increases.
