It was so easy to use. Close and convenient to our London apartment. We have and will recommend your service to our traveling friends.

I was returning from a business trip to South Africa and wanted to catch my team's promotion play-off final at Wembley before going home - but I had 2 items of luggage with me. I found Stasher online & picked the Premier Inn on Euston Rd. When I got to the hotel the friendly staff allowed me to use the toilets to freshen up and change my t-shirt (I'd been in the same clothing for 24 hours) before stashing my luggage with them. I went to the game, we won promotion for the first time in 51 years and then I picked up my gear before heading home on the train. Lovely.

Despite the limited hours listed, Premier Inn was open 24 hours, which made coordinating bag pick up easier. Also, the Contact/Comcierfe was extremely helpful and courteous.

Cheap easy and no hassels

Straightforward and as advertised. Dropoff and pickup were both a breeze!

The customer service from Stasher was amazing. Unfortunately the place we had booked to stash our bags was unexpectedly closed but after ringing them to let them know they (within minutes) found us a new location within one minute of walking distance. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would be very happy to use them again.

Half the price of the station and easy to use

They were not open when I arrived 10 minutes after my allotted time slot (11am) which was in the midst of their posted business hours.
