Very simple process. Select a convenient location. Pay £6 and drop the bag with the emailed code. Couldn’t be simpler and the staff at this particular drop off location both inspired confidence and were very friendly.

I ended up not needing to use stasher after paying and they were quick and pleasant with a refund after an email about it.

Very handy, I just need to make a reservation online and went to the storage place, and leave my luggage with them. Also, customer service is awesome. I had to cancel one of my reservations, so I requested a refund. They handled my request within an hour.

They were very helpful and responded in no time.

Was easy to reach the place and tge guy was very friendly, however tge lock room looks bit doodgy as he used the back room of the supermarket. But all was good

Great service and efficient

Booking and paying via the internet was very straightforward. The drop off store was only 5 mins from Kings Cross station. very easy to find. We wheeled in our cases, they were labelled and wheeled into storage and we were given our collection tags. we did the whole thing in reverse on our return. No waiting, no queues and very quickly sorted. And of course half the price of left luggage at Kings Cross where there were long queues when we returned. We'd definitely use Stasher again.
