Avis sur Stasher Luggage Storage

The shop didn’t seem to be expecting us, then demanded a printed sheet of our booking, which travelling, we didn’t have, just the confirmation email from stasher. Had to ask for ties to secure belongings, had no counterfoils to these, so had no proof they were our bags. Just a bit amateurish, felt unsafe and unprofessional. We got bags back at end of day, so no issues.

The employees at Docklands Lodge were very friendly and helpful!

I had been carrying a lot of luggage throughout my stay in London! I had an early departure time in the hostel i was staying in but my travel arrangement weren't until late in the evening, so i booked to leave my luggage in "Docklands Lodge" and paid via Paypal! Nice quick easy service and the staff at Docklands Lodge were very helpful and polite, thank you very much!

The pointer was placed in the wrong place, after looking for 20min I went on Google maps and found the spot. It was rather expensive since we just wanted to leave the bag for 1,5h. I like the concept but the sloppyness and the prices left me with a bad experience.

Took our bags in with no fuss, placed in a safe area, offered us a drink of water when we returned for our bags,very friendly thanks

Booked online, dropped off bag, had an awesome time at a gig, came back and bag was ready to grab! Perfect every way :-)

Although the building was hard to find, the rest of my experience surpassed all of my expectations! The staff were kind, let’s me get my luggage early and directed me to my next stop. It was well work the 12 pounds to have a day I London to myself!

I made a booking to leave my bag at a location near Oxford Street whilst I did some shopping for a few hours. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the location it was closed for the day, so I had to drag my bag around with me. On the positive side, Stasher's customer service was very responsive, and refunded my payment immediately.

5 min walk from the train station. Easy to find and felt secure

Everything went well, except that the map first show that the place where we could leave our luggage was near, but in reality it was 3km away... But that was ok in the end :) !
