Great idea... worked exactly as advertised.

Really easy to leave bags and the shop assistant was very helpful, even letting us leave an extra small bag we hadn't booked for.

Location - very convenient (5 min walk for Paddington station). Pricing - very attractive Customer Service - the staff was a bit grumpy and complained about the stream of customers coming in to stop their luggages, and it was only about 11.30am. He claimed that it has been like that since 9am. Maybe the hotel is a bit under staffed?

Quick respond, easy to find and safe to deposit. Love it!
