I had to cancel our reservation almost immediately after I made it (kid got suddenly sick) and they immediately and pleasantly refunded the money I'd just paid.

Easy to book, find and use. Convenient service near St Pancras and Euston stations. Great for when you don't want to lug a big bag around all day. Cheaper than storing baggage at main train station and can offer late pick up. Would recommend and definately use again.

Great fast service

Easy to book online, service seemed great. Went to the shop was asked for my reference number, I found the email and showed it to the asst. I was then given a deliveroo business card which the asst wrote 1 bag on, he didn’t write the reference number on, it didn’t have the shop name on it, nothing, he just told me to bring the card back. When I went back for it the next day the asst asked why I didn’t return the previous day, i said I had 24 hours, he said I hadn’t paid for 24 hours and that costs £6.00. I said I paid £6.00. An unpleasant conversation took place, I took my bag off the counter and left. I felt as if the asst was about to try and get more money from me. I wouldn’t use this service again, the one to one experience in ththe shop was really unprofessional

They were efficient and reasonably priced. We got real value from the service. We would recommend that the site is marked as "Stasher" in the street, so one can recognise it, or that the web identification is more precise and provide the actual identification of the site. In our case it was a convenience store which had its own commercial name. We looked for "Stasher" for a while and then popped in to ask. Then we realised that it was the actual "Stasher" but under a totally different name. This could be improved.

Tricky to find the location, Even by using GPS. Friendly and good service on site. We pre-booked, and everything worked out smoothly. We were a bit surprised that our luggage was Kent in an open and accessible area, and not locked up. Upon pick-up there was no checking of the numbers for the tags, and it seemed we could have taken any baggage instead of our own. It all worked out fine though. :-)

Really useful, great price, 100% recommendable.

The facility for left luggage was excellent and it was within easy walking distance of Victoria less than 2 minutes in fact.
