Great central location ,easy to find

Easy, quick, decent location (tho I wish there were more locations outside of central London). They also ordered us a cab upon pick up of luggage.

Efficient, speedy and friendly service.

Everything went smoothly except for on collection a staff member asked me what my bag looked like instead of checking against the number tags. Anyone else could have claimed my items belonged to them and I wondered if others had been treated the same.

The service was great and process effortless. Did initially find the online booking very difficult and stressful, also hard to find. Found a phone number and they were very helpful and booked it for me and sent confirming email with booking number. Hotel was extremely efficient, well organised and easy to deal with. Our luggage was quickly found on our return. We had just come off a cruise and we're heading to Europe so needed to leave half of our luggage behind as it was a completely different holiday.

Ingenious and super convenient service that comes with a very reasonable price. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful.
