Avis sur Stasher Luggage Storage

This is a very convenient service! My only issue is that when I picked-up my bag the person in charge did not check that I took the right bag. I could easily have taken someone else's bag.

The App was extremely difficult to navigate. Following booking and payment I received no confirmation or precise address for stasher location, only that it was 250m from Russell Sq station. On arriving at the station the App kept redirecting me to booking and still provided no indication of shop location. The result was we were unable to store our bags having paid for the service. What a con! If you have process for refunds please advise!

Very simple and easy to navigate the website (particularly being able to filter locations by when you want to drop off and pick up) and book. The pricing structure is easy to understand. Drop off and pick up were very simple and easy, a little too much if anything. I have used Stasher in the past and was reassured that they have now introduced unique tamper-evident tags that you can use to secure your bag. However the staff at the location I used seemed a bit too blasé and just let you take the key to the whole luggage storage room and pick your bag. It also wasn’t checked at any point whether I had made a booking or not. Even so, I’d definitely still recommend and use again.

It was super quick and easy. Went online and booked the service I needed. It went very smoothly.

My Airbnb didn't have anywhere to store bags... So after checkout and before my flight I needed somewhere to keep my luggage. Stasher was half the price of the commercial luggage storage companies and more convenient as they had a location close to me that was easy to access!

I wanted to avoid paying the high fees I've paid in the past when storing my bags at train stations, and wanted to save on traveling to the train station for storage, so I decided to give Stasher a try. The place I found was a 6 minutes walk from where I was staying, and was open very early. The owner couldn't be friendlier, and the service was fast. When I got back later in the day he brought my bags promptly, all payment was already made online so I just got my bags and left. Super fast and easy. It helped me make the most of the day.
