They were absolutely fanstastic! The kind man at reception was very friendly and polite. I felt like my luggage was stored in a nice, safe, clean location. Very close to Gare Du Nord which was perfect as I was catching the Eurostar home. Very quick, easy and great value! I would use them again and definitely recommend them to everyone else!

Chi non ha bisogno di parcheggiare le valigie il tempo di visitare il giorno dell’arrivo prima del check-in o il giorno di partenza dopo il check-out? Oramai le strutture che offrono questo servizio sono poche e à prezzi decisamente fuori di testa!!! Business is business!!! Ma non pensano ai loro “ospiti”! Con CityStasher invece, c’e Possibilità di parcheggiare le valige in varie strutture della città in modo veloce e sicuro! Nel mio caso, 3 valige in un ufficio vicino alla stazione dei treni, 6£ a valigia per tutta la giornata! Noi abbiamo fatto dalle 11 alle 16, sono 5 ore. Dove eravamo ci faceva pagare 10£ l’ora : 50£!!!! Con CityStasher 18£ per le 3 valige e siamo ripartiti tranquilli!!!! È un ottimo servizio, lo consiglio a tutti!!! Sicuro ed efficace

The booking process was very easy and I was able to find the most suitable location very easily. The cost was excellent compared to what the train stations are charging. The "check-in" process was extremely quick and easy, as was the pick up process. I would definitely recommend using Stashers again and will be using them myself from now on.

I used the shop in Leicester Square since we had to check out at 11 but our flight wasn’t until 8pm. We left our bags at the shop and finished our sightseeing. Leaving the luggage and picking it up was verz easy and uncomplicated and the prices were really okay! Would def use the service again. Just keep in mind that Leicester Square isn’t a wheelchair friendly station so there aren’t any elevators and you have to carry your luggage when you go to the station!

Really handy to Waterloo mainline railway station, exit down main steps and turn left, the shop is located in a small parade of shops. It was easy and efficient and would use it again.

I'm a first time user of this type of service. Checked out several companies, and CityStasher had the best location, competitive rates, and good reviews. Reservation was easy to do. Didn't get the email with code at first but my follow-up email was answered promptly. (Probably an initial glitch with my mail system.) Staff at tabac were efficient and inspired confidence. Bags retrieved without a hitch. Wonderful service, which I'll certainly use again when I travel. Thanks.

Great option to store our suitcases locally while enjoying London sights before night flight.

It was so easy and convenient. No long queues or waiting around and in a central location. Added bonus that the customer service was really good to!

Easy to use, easy to find. They are open 24h which was very convenient as I had an early train the next day, and they are half the price of the Paddington left luggage place. Definitely would use them again if I had a need.
