A great alternative to expensive left luggage at stations, perfect to be able to leave your bag safely and explore the city. Will definitely use it again. The store was great, very convenient location and friendly service. My only criticism would be that the plastic tag they give you with your number on is too tiny. Despite knowing it was safely stored in a pocket I struggled to find it!

Perfect experience! Absolutely great location to all main tourist points and the staff had such a professional attitude. Definitely, recommend to everyone to use it if you want to wander around central London ( If you traveling with National Express from Stansted, the bus stops 10m from this place so you can't really ask for more)

It has been a fantastic opportunity to leave our luggage for a while, in safe place and not spending a mountain of money to the railway station. Easy to book, easy to find the location, easy to drop and get back the luggage. Plus a good cup of coffee. What's more?? 3 beautiful and nice girls as owners of the cafè.

After arriving on an early morning flight we wanted to leave our bags near where we were staying while we did some sight-seeing before we could check into our Airbnb accommodation. The web site was a bit tricky to find the best location for us. In store experience at Mailboxes Etc was very easy, with very friendly service.
