So convenient and easy to book online, and the gentleman in Melcombe News was helpful and friendly ... and happy for me to collect my luggage later than I originally indicated. A mobile phone app would be great so that the information doesn't have to be printed out.

Service bien utile lorsque l'on souhaite se balader dans Paris sans ses bagages ! L'accueil à l'hôtel Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe était très bon, avec le sourire. Pour s'y rendre c'est à peine 3 minutes de marche au départ du métro Charles de Gaulle Etoile, que demander de plus ?! On réutilisera se service avec plaisir. Merci.

On marathon day needed to leave our bags some where convenient whilst we followed the race, and easy to collect on our way home. Fast efficient service and super easy to book on line.

Nice staff, close to King's Cross. As we needed to take a mid night train from King's Cross, and had opera show beforehand, so we picked this shop for store our luggage for a day so we can pick up our luggage before we take the train. Compare with the storage at train station, the price is much lower, and close at later time (till 00:00). One thing to be improved is, the staff should let us take out the seal from luggage.
