Avis sur Stasher Luggage Storage

We wanted to store 4 suitcases for a few hours prior to catching our train home. Although you have to make the booking online, it was a very simple process. We found a place just yards from where we were staying and they were very efficient. Great idea.

Easy online booking. Had to change location. But.no issue. Just rebook and get refund . Great service!

It was so easy. Having already made the reservation and paid to hold the bags, it was a swift process to drop my bags and pick them up a few hours later. Very convenient.

It was easy to book online and I had email contact from the company prior to booking which was helpful. Dread lock guy took our bags and gave us the slip of paper. A cheeful lady returned them to us 2 hours later. I think that £4 per bag per day is very good but it is a bit steep if you want to just leave bags for a couple of hours (we had 2) however it's a good service.

Stasher changed the location of my initial booking and gave me a 10% discount to use for another booking. It would have been nice to get the discount to my initial booking for the inconvenience.

The whole booking experience is good. However when I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t get informed of my booking so I needed to email the booking confirmation to the front desk. Apart from that, all good.
