The lady behind the desk was quite rude, not really friendly at all. Need to work on customer engagement. I came all the way from South Africa, some friendly service would have been great.

No problems booking and choosing a location. Bear in mind that these locations are typically businesses for whom this is just a sideline; so when I dropped the bag off, the staff member looked at me rather blankly when I mentioned Stasher and when I showed the booking which I had printed off. Eventually we got the message across and our bag was placed behind a curtain in the shop- hardly a secure location so I was pleased when it was still there at the end of the day. We were given a receipt which was just a stamp on a paper bag- this did not give a direct relationship to the big we had dropped so I guess they could have given ours to anyone with a similar receipt.

Everything was perfect.

Stasher made it so easy for me to store my overnight suitcase in a shop just opposite the British Museum. I was visiting the museum with a relative, but going on afterwards to stay the night in North London with friends. it is very easy to book online.

Service was exactly as expected, smooth process! I had some difficulties to find the adress, so a roadmap with the conformation could have avoid this easily.

Easy to drop off and collect luggage. Half the price compared with left luggage in the train station (note: dependent on how many hours and items) so best to do a comparison first. Worked out for us great!

Great but a bit more expensive than I’d have liked for a short period & this may prohibit me using the service quite so often as I otherwise may have done.
