Super easy to use service and was incredibly useful for me and my friends to drop off all our bags so we didn’t need to carry them while waiting for our check in time

Good service at this hotel.

Easy to navigate and book a slot. Only hitch is the platform does not show the location before accepting payment which is a bit dodgy.

The place is very near to Paddington station and the people supporting the activity are very kind and helpful. So definitely is worth to use it, being safe and comfortable.

Really easy and convenient but the advertised price goes up a few pound with booking fee / insurance when you get to the check out. Otherwise would have got 5 stars 

Quick and easy to choose and book a bag storage location. Overall experience was smooth using the app. Having brief instructions on where to go when you reach a location could be helpful, but overall very happy.
